P & S CONSTRUCTION, INC., a Westford, MA based General Construction Firm has multiple openings for JOB ID 12653: Construction Project Engineer.
Job duties include:
- Coordinate assigned construction project activities by tracking schedules, materials, equipment, and subcontractor support.
- Prepare purchase documentation and track deliveries to support procurement and logistics for materials and equipment.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change records, and compliance-related materials; ensure all permits and regulations are posted, and adhere to USACE CQCM requirements..
- Participate in site visits to observe progress, document findings, and report issues to project leadership; set up job office and equipment trailers, and coordinate regulatory necessities including OSHA and EM 385-1-1 requirements.
- Support project scheduling and closeout activities by tracking progress, updating records, addressing warranty issues, and assisting with final documentation; coordinate RED Zone/Closeout requirements, commissioning (TAB and functional testing activities), punch lists, warranties, and owner training.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project/ Construction Management or related. Salary ranges between $116,688.00 to $118,000.00/year.
